Since I've got snow on my mind, here's another cute/yummy snowman idea. Vanilla ice cream, rolled in coconut. Black licorice candies for the buttons, eyes, and mouth. A marzipan nose, and a toasted marshmallow atop a chocolate cookie for his hat. If it weren't so cold, I'd eat this now.

Oh, cute! That looks so yummy! I LOVE the coconut and vanilla ice cream "combo."
