Read for the Record JUMPSTART

I am huge advocate for childhood literacy, so when I heard what Jumpstart was doing it almost brought me to tears! Jumpstart and the Pearson Foundation have put together a fantastic reading campaign to provide books for children in low- income areas. It starts tomorrow, October 2nd and they are trying to get children around the world to read the same book at the same time with an adult. The chosen book is Corduroy by Dan Freeman.
