Reading books with the kids is definitely one of our favorite things... but besides books, our two most recent favorite things are jumping on the trampoline or doing "crafts."

My kids REQUIRE at least 1-2 bedtime books a night. But they also love it when I make up songs for them. My husband thinks I am weird but the kids love it! I use known tunes and just make up new words. We have fun together!!

Our most recent favorite activity has been spending any time outside going for walks or playing that we can (since we FINALLY had a couple of nice days!). Both my kids could read all day long and we make at least 1-2 trips to the library each week to stock up on more stories.

We love reading together when we are not outside digging in the dirt! With warmer weather our latest favorite is moving dirt and rocks with the toy dump truck- both my 3 year old and 18m old love it outside!

With three kids these would certainly come in handy. One of their favorite activities is Mom's story time and we're always looking for something new.

What an awesome idea. I run out of ideas sometimes with my son. We try and feed the ducks, but they don't always want to eat the bread. This would be great to get some fresh ideas. Stephanie

We enjoy playing outside and taking walks. My twins are full of energy and at times I feel like I am boring them with the same activities. I would welcome new idea's with open arms :)

Now that the weather is nice we love to be outside, but at night it is always the best to snuggle up and read a book before you go to bed!

Just today we had a picnic and played in our yard for 2 hours! Just me and my 2 year old. After a long winter the sun feels great! We love to read too! After playing we read a few books (We love all books!) and now it is nap time!

We're expecting our first in July so we've been trying to load up our bookshelves in preparation. I love the thought of focusing on education (shapes, colors, etc) that is fun early on in our reading times.

What a coincidence--I was just thinking about the extra times between "tired" and "sleepy" just before going down for a nap. I love the multi-lingual aspect of these board books, too; sometimes my son gives me funny looks when I sprinkle Italian or German phrases into our "conversations." But I could be imagining this, as he is just shy of 3 months. Eva

We love to read and are always in the need for new books. My 4 year old loves to try words in German and Spanish and would get a kick out of these.
