Some of our new favorite reads are DK publishing's Eyewitness Books. They are filled with fascinating pictures and piles of information: The New York Times called them “A mini museum between the covers of a book.” Every topic imaginable is available. I love that these books will grow with my kids. The books are broken down into sections with bits of information spread throughout the pages making it very easy to just focus on the part that has caught our eye, and kids will enjoy reading the books in their entirety as they get older. I picked up the Pirate book and the Shark book for Easter, and they are a huge hit!
