Valentines Pink Banana Smoothie...

I cannot resist smoothies! Yummy fruit drinks just make my mouth water... so this valentines day or any day of the year try this wonderful treat, you and the kids will LOVE it!
Easy and Fun to make...

1 cup apple juice or cider
2 ounces soft silken tofu (about 1/4 cup)
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 frozen very ripe medium banana

1. Blend all ingredients together. Serves 2.
