What a fantastic birthday party (or rainy day) activity! Supply a lump of clay and assorted doo-dads and whatchamacallits , and let children place their favorite items into the clay before letting it air dry. Voila! You have an interesting sculpture to display or a fantastic party favor for a child to take home.

What fun! I've seen some incredible creations from children if you just let them free to create. They approach a project with such honesty and direction. We can all learn from their creative process. Beryl Reichenberg
